If you do need to return an item to us – whether under warranty, chargeable repair or due to incorrect delivery (see below) please read the following instructions carefully.
Click on the button below entitled RMA Form. Fill out the form and hit the send button. We will revert within 24 hours with an RMA number and instructions for how to return the unit(s). If you do not have access to a computer or printer we will have to use fax or snail mail so please call.
If returning anything for repair or credit, the RMA process is absolutely mandatory and we will not accept any item unless the procedure is adhered to.
