Fuzion Far East Service is always available to help you when things go wrong. Here is a quick point by point guide to what you should do in the unlikely event that one of our products develops a fault.

First, write down all aspects of the fault. Note what the unit does or doesn't do and what you're expecting it to do!
Check obvious things like cables and mains fuses if the thing is completely dead.
