Who we are

Fuzion Far East Ltd was formed in 2001 to service the SE Asian markets of Thailand, Laos, Myanmar & Cambodia.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand the company is now in it’s 10th year of operation and has grown significantly. The 3 key objectives of the business remain unchanged since inception:
  • A full line distribution business supporting System Integrators, Rental Operations and Resellers with professional audio & visual products.
  • Fully qualified and experienced technical support providing product information in the local language, comprehensive system engineering facilities & interconnection solutions.
  • Comprehensive after sales support of all products.

FFE is not in existence to compete with its customers. As System Integrators & specialist contractors are some of our core clients, we do not install product. Our job is to support those clients to get the best possible result for the budget in a given project.

In today’s world, SI’s are installing a huge and varied range of (mostly) low voltage equipment. This can range from a simple phone system to a full-blown concert rig for the main auditorium. It is impossible for installers to be expert in all these disciplines.

Similarly, Architects, the M&E departments of larger practices or stand-alone operations plus specialist independent consultants generally require the kind of support we provide.

We are focused on providing solutions – and this includes working within available financial restraints. However, if the brief is ‘x’ and the budget inadequate, we will suggest re-writing the brief or raising the budget. If neither is possible, we might respectfully suggest using another company. Miracles can generally be delivered but the impossible is not in our remit.

Within the company there are literally decades of experience regarding touring, productions, musicians etc. We understand that our equipment is being used to deliver a promise, that you as our clients have made. Solving the problem with your mixer ‘sometime next week’ is useless if you have a gig tomorrow night. If your business depends on delivering promises, you should be talking to us.

Fuzion has developed a portfolio comprising many of the best brands available in the audio & video marketplace. If required, we can source & supply additional products to provide a ‘turnkey’ solution – no need to deal with multiple suppliers. If we can’t provide such solutions competitively, we will advise you & you can choose to source accordingly. Being open & frank in business dealings will typically save all parties wasted time, energy & money.

Finally, we strive to be a ‘fun’ company to do business with. There are enough problems out there in today’s world – we see no reason to add to them…….
