InfoComm 2012: Digico SD5 to make US debut
This years InfoComm show in Las Vegas will see Digicos SD5 make its debut US appearance ten years after its initial launch in the form of the SD5 Live.
The new incarnation is designed to benefit from a host of advancements facilitated by the companys proprietary Stealth Digital Processing. Weve evolved a lot over the past decade, both in terms of the way we use the available technology and our understanding of what our customers really want and need, said Digicos managing director, James Gordon. SD5 is the culmination of that combined knowledge, so we want to make it the next generation D5 Live.
Digico has also developed a series of software and firmware upgrades for its SD series of consoles SD11, SD10, SD9, and SD8 that are designed to significantly expand the consoles capabilities by over 100%.
Meanwhile, the companys UB MADI, which allows any computer to instantly connect to MADI via the most standard connector of all -the USB 2.0 will also be on show.
Each of these items will be exhibited at booth C11922.
